The property was in good condition. 4 beds, all similar in size and natural light. Prone to damp in the living room and kitchen areas, however the landlord gave us dehumidifiers and reduced the rent to cover what this cost in electricity. Garden fairly small and not paved, but still usable. Features the "great wall of Thackeray".
