1 small flat.

Good things: communal washing machines were good. Fast wifi. Bike storage was good and secure no issues there. Neighbours good and very nice people mostly... no students no problems. Was great for creativeness. The flats are small but very cosy and well made. Storage heater ... very good idea and works well saving a lot of money. Paid about 150 a month for the last 2 months electric through efd but before that I paid 45 ish a month for 10 months or so. All in was average £640ish a month and like i say in winter it was a little more but for a flat in a posh area this is a bargain for bristol

Bad things: Tiny kitchen, and room smell of whatever you cooked for days! Ventilation not great in kitchen. Window is ok but high up. Such a small flat gets stuffy in summer but very cosy in winter. If you can put up with the fact your kitchens small and not isolated it's actually a really great flat in a great area. This was just my flat theres others of course and i saw a few of them and they had better kitchens/ space etc. This is suited to people of all ages starting from around age 25 or so.

For a flat in Bristol it was a good price. I loved living there and its been one of the best experiances ive had renting. Thanks so much to Ashley hall and Investmonte for 13 months of great renting. I leave only to save some money for new ventures.
