Really well done up property. Newly renovated in 2015/16. Clearly redone with care and thoughtfulness. The work was largely undertaken by the Landlord, so he clearly took pride in his work. The only slight issue is that one of the adjoining neighbours fences has fallen down (the one adjoining this property), and though that fence belongs to the neighbour, it would be nice if the Landlord undertook to simply build a fence on the side of this property.
