This house is an hmo in a very poor state. Every door has been put through multiple times and shoddily repaired; we went eight months with a backdoor that couldn't be closed. There's no insulation so it's freezing cold and previous tenants left a debt on the meter which I got stuck paying back. Several windows are broken and don't shut, the basement stairs are crumbling. The drains regularly block and flood the garden with raw sewage. I've seen dead mice in the kitchen, all the paint is peeling and several rooms grow mould. Other tenants have animals so the carpets are full of hair and stink of urine. Prepare to find flea bites on your ankles if you enter the place.
