Constant draft from the old doors. Downstairs bedroom covered in mould from poor ventilation from no windows and only air vents from doors. Furniture was old and broken. Downstairs bedroom didn’t have a desk or chair. Was a plant growing out from the skirting board in the kitchen.
Garden was too big and grassy, and the landlord was slow to bring round a lawnmower. Fridge broke for over a month and when replaced he didn’t collect the old one.
