Literally on of the worst things. Mislead by the agency as while we were viewing the house its was still being refurbished and we were told that all the new items would be new and good. When we moved in the funiture was of the poorest quality I have EVER seen, the door was already broken and not worth at all what we had to pay for rent. Since we were international students we had to pay 1 year upront which might have had an impact. When you would walk up the stairs you if youre not careful theres a chance you might hit your head with the ceiling. We were told before getting a contract that all these problems would be fixed but in vain. We were just misled by the quality that the house would be while it was being refurbished. We were given beds which were extremely unconfortable to sleep on to a point were my other housemates decided to just use the mattress to sleep on and set aside the bed. The mattress was also very thin so you can imagine the poor quality of the funiture. Our tap stoppes workibg cause it got too rusty and water started to leak and he replaced it again with one of the poorest quality taps available.
