The property was perfectly homely and the 5 of us had a happy time here through uni. Absolutely no complaints, well managed and maintained. Nice location, half way between the City centre and campus. More than enough space for us all.

Property well maintained and any problems quickly resolved by the landlords. Good location close to shops and the city center

The house could be a very nice house if it wasn’t so poorly maintained. Any work completed is done to a very low standard, and it is very difficult to get the landlords to complete the work at all.
We had no heating for hot water for a month, paint and plaster have been falling off the walls, extensive damp problem, etc. Very limited parking with cars often dented by road users

the property is lovely, is very old but that compliments the house and is spacious, however, is not well insulated
