2 bed, 1 bath. Full-size beds, proper closets, a nice living room, washer and dryer, shower and bathtub, central heating. A bit of water damange on the ceilings in a few places, some cracks in the doors, and not a lot of soundproofing. The upstairs neighbours seem not to have carpet because you can hear every movement up there any time of day. Other than that, my favourite flat I've ever lived in. The heating stands up to the winters, the front door is hidden from the main street so there's privacy, and it's decorated like a home and not a student flat. Highly recommended.
