rooms were unfairly sized, my room barely fit a “double bed” which we now realise was a 3/4 bed, and another tenant had an en-suite and a huge room. this tenant paid the same amount of rent as me and had brand new furniture that year despite mine literally falling apart. a room downstairs had mould in it which was never resolved, the house was dirty when we moved in and during our tenancy the tap burst and we got charged for the ruined lino
