Tap eventually burst and flooded our house. Landlord provided fake electric report following flood. Also discovered gas certificates write fake! He just wrote them all himself. Had own electrician our who pointed our lots of life threatening dangers!! Landlord doesn’t care at all, told property was well insulated and given a fake EPC had a surveyor our who wrote very negative report on the property. No insulation & poor condition house.
