The property is over two floors. The basement is, as is often the case, damp and cold. There was mould growing everywhere when we moved in. Despite leaving the heating on and trying to keep it aired when we left one of the rooms had so much mould the wardrobe was almost stuck to the wall by it. There's also stairs leading down from the street level to the rooms at the front but then there are large tunnels under the road full of black mould.

The whole place was (in 2013) badly in need of refurbishment.
