Substandard property. No carpets apart from one room, in need of a redecoration throughout. Very hard to keep all rooms sufficiently warm in winter (some end up too hot and some too cold). Biggest problem was the RATS that appeared (and promptly ate our food). Had trouble getting rid of them and when they died below the house hundreds of FLIES appeared in the kitchen - horrible! Noisy student house next door also.
