Property is in terrible condition. All of the cream carpets is visibly stained. The lino in both the kitchen and bathroom isn't flat. The intercom system doesn't work. The front door to the building doesn't close. The heating system is all electric and the heaters used in the property are the cheapest ones you can buy from b&q and don't retain any heat.
