Tenancy review for 60 Rodgers Quay in Carrickfergus, Carrickfergus rented from John Forsythe rented via Reeds Rains

Landlord refused any direct communication throughout- he only communicated via agent who screened information.
Landlord was excessively money grabbing! Expected tenant to live in filthy conditions or renew mostly at their own expense.
Unfair charges at exit- vindictive (I’m now taking to Small Claims court).
I have heard from neighbours that landlord is known for being unscrupulous

Waiting nearly 6 weeks for cooker to be repaired
Numerous visit for shower door to be replaced
Many repairs/ replacement of broken items left to myself to fund as landlord would not commit and agency did not advocate
Multiple unscheduled visits by agency- felt harassed and had to remind them regarding my right to ‘quiet enjoyment’
Collusion with landlord against tenant
All landlords can’t at details not shared until threatened with complaint AFTER end of tenancy
