Landlord rating
Landlord does the bare minimum to keep on the side of the law.
Never shows up to sign papers etc. Never responds to emails.
He gives you a number to call him on which he never picks up so good luck if you have an emergency. He also calls you back on withheld numbers. Knowingly falsely advertising the house as having internet then offering you an underhand £20 discount on your rent monthly after you complain. Says he's not trying to make a profit out of you but refuses to give your deposit back because he can and the DPS drill gives most of the power to landlords. Avoid this man if you can, even the council know about him and his properties. Untrustworthy man. according to the council, he's a man who's done this so many times he knows how to take advantage of people while still staying within the confines of the law.

3 rooms. One illegal to rent out to an adult tenant as of August 2019 when the council came to inspect. Mould infestation so bad cups of plain black tea left in the open start to go mouldy by second day , stairs with no railings. Bathroom with trickle shower. Cracked walls. Damp issues. Dogs wandering into the back garden from broken fence. Genuinely not a safe place to live If you have health issues.
