Worst landlord we ever had, would turn up our back door unannounced and even came inside without asking. I didn’t feel safe after that, our en-suite shower door shattered and he blamed us and we didn’t do that so we had to pay £500 to get it fixed. Found out he didn’t pay his last bill from when we had the boiler leak fixed.

Not a bad neighbourhood, loud neighbours. No transport other than taxis, shops about 5-10 minute drive. Decent primary school.
