Cowboys! Patch things up themself then Awful make up stories you have damaged the place to keep your deposit which they deliberately did not protect, we're not registered when tenancy began and did not receive a tenancy agreement untill 3 months later,then lied about it! They want you to take out your own insurance to cover building, awful experience best avoid in the long term.
Landlord Only taken notice when environmental health issued notice. Not soundproof could hear the neighbour going to the toilet

PROPERTY IS : FLAT 3 STONE LODOn first view inside looked nice it was a newly newly renovated flat from an old gym,however it was put together now even cheap deals by cowboys! The property soon started to deteriorate; tiles cracked in bathroom shower leaked roof leaked and fell through in to the bathroom ceiling crumbled sink leaked,no plumbing for a washer had to pay £110 to get pipes fitted.
Damp mouldy.
Underfloor heating costing nearly £200 a month in cold weather.
Environmental health took over eventually.
