This "gentleman" is a complete fraudster who has done nothing but fob the tenant off, lie directly to her face, avoid her by answering his telephone with fake names and refuse to claim any responsibility for the serious health issues, mental illness and financial hardship that his incompetence and criminal negligence have caused. I'd give him minus ten out of tenancy if I could.

At first the agents were as much use as a chocolate fire guard, recently however they have been keen to resolve the issues and appear to be trying very hard to get the landlord to fulfil his legal obligations.

This property is literally covered in mould, has no ventilation and is in such a poor state of repair that the roof is going to need to be replaced. The property agents were at first useless, now a Mother and Daughter team have been put on the case and whilst they are trying very hard to get the landlord to fulfil his legal obligations, they are having very limited results due to his reluctance to repair the property.

Several small issues are present, the main issues are mould, a lack of a proper roof and general disrepair.

The tenant is from this area so whilst the area does have issues with antisocial behaviour, littering, flytipping, drug dealing and other common complaints about terraced streets in the centre of small market towns, the area is not the reason for the poor review.
