Took a few messages to send a person to do some repairs. seems to be more concerned for money oven the tenant's wellbeing and repairs that are vital to happen. Seems lovely but she is very patronising and makes it uncomfortable when you need to ask for something.

One bedroom with an ensuite bathroom(not convenient with guests), a huge living room and a tiny kitchen. very high ceiling which makes it almost impossible to warm up. Kitchen and bathroom do not have windows which is very important, especially kitchen as all the smoke just stays in the house. Windows do not open so I need to open the door to let the smoke out.
