Tenancy review for 31 Dupre Close in Chafford And North Stifford, Grays rented via R J Young and Company

Just run ... Theyre horrific. The only one that's decent there is the owner Ray and even he hasnt responded to my email from 2 weeks ago. They were happy to take an extortionate £350 for fees but did not complete any of the necessary checks the Landlord asked. They then posted references as 'We're very old fashioned here' but knew I had to instruct a removal van. When I asked them to email they said they 'Might' they then proceeded to send the wrong ref requests to the wrong people and tried to tell me I had completed the form wrong which I didn't and we both could see - Still no apology, no partial refund of fees, no nothing. They're awful and rude, how they've got business or remained open is a mystery in my opinion. I work in property and can safetly say these are the worst I have dealt with so far.

Property is nice and tucked away and wasnt the cleanest when we moved in but thats because they had some work on the home before we moved in.

Its ok.... The park opposite which is surrounded by a fence and trees so they cannot see us is lough of an evening with children smoking and swearing but its not an issue when its 11pm and they leave. its quiet and we have some lovely quite old neighbours and they like cats which is great as I have 2 of them!
