The landlord seems nice when you talk to him the first time, but everything changes as soon as you moved in. He lies about everything and he absolut doesn't care who lives in the house he just wants the money. He has an ad for a house in bangor on spare room and when you write him, he will offer you a room in the house in menai bridge. He talks about how amazing the house is and most of the time how amazing he his for doing all the things for the tenants. The reality is, nothing of it is true and he does absolutely nothing for the tenants. He didn't do anything against the mould in the house or repaired something when you asked him. He talks bad about every tenant behind their back. He advertises the house with amazing high speed internet, but you only have signal on the ground floor. If you live in a second floor you don't have any internet and if you're lucky you have a bit of a connection on the first floor. All of the tenants complained about it, but he didn't care.
Nobody stays in this house for long, so people are moving out/in all the time.
He has definitely a problem with women. He likes to make sexual comments and kisses some girls in the house on the cheek.
He comes to the house unannounced all the time and there were a few times where he shouted at tenants. He is an awful horrible person, who absolutely doesn't care about people. He just wants your money. People who rent the house without viewing, he usually doesn't tell about the meter and just says all bills are included, which isn't true. The prices for the rooms are ridicilous when you see in which condition the house is.

The property is in a very bad condition and needs to be renovated. There is mould in the kitchen/bathrooms. The furniture is very old and most of it broken and a lot of mice live in the house and run around in the kitchen.
There are 7 rooms in the house and two bathrooms. (One toilet under the stairs, which the landlord calls amazing new bathroom) and every room has a meter installed, so every tenant has to pay for their own electricity. Only the bills of the communal areas are included.

Menai Bridge is a beautiful area. There are some really nice walks around there and a few small shops and pubs. The nearest supermarket in walking distance is waitrose. There is an Aldi and Tesco in 10 mins driving distance. The house is directly at the main road, so it can be quite loud in the rooms, if you have the window open.
