Liverpool council housing got involved and found lots of hazards. Those repairs where still not completed 10 months on.

Extensive repairs required with the roof having failed and the landlord taking 18 months to repair. Issues with damp causing with raising damp and upto 70% moisture in kitchen walls. Dodgy upstairs conversion which building regs needs to review. Problem plumbing throughout. Old electrics and unsafe. The list goes on and on.
