Took 4 months to replace faulty cooker when 2 stoves and baking oven were out of order. Bedroom and kitchen cieling leaked and not repaired. No curtain pole on bathtub. Installed vinyl sheet on kitchen floor and took the deposit for a burn smudge that was less than a square inch

Property was prone to black mould. Garden fully grown when moved in. 2 bins full of building materials, cat litter and cat food. 1st floor electricals were faulty and old. Exposed electrical socket. Entrance door would not fit properly in the frame with an old and dysfunctional lock.
