Tenancy review for 9 Llanbadarn Road in Aberystwyth Bronglais, Aberystwyth rented via Alp Property Management

Rent wasnt too bad but the agency gave an appalling service. So slow to deal with any of our problems and very little communication. Tried to take advantage of my foreign flat mate last year. And unnecessarily didnt give us all of our deposits back the last two years.

Five small rooms with single beds. Bad furniture in most rooms. The kitchen was okay with new oven. Showers not great and rubbish sofas.

Area rating: 9

Great area, just should have gone with a different letting agents. Close to shops and pub. Quite a busy road though.
