We told them about the humidity, slugs, ventilation and toilet issues and they say it is normal.
The truth is that even to change a tap, they need to repair everything (pipes, etc), the flat needs to be renovated.

The agency was alright but the communication between the agency and landlord during the process was very poor and expensive (around 400pounds agency fees).

The flat is in unhealthy conditions to live and shabby: humidity on the walls and floor (we get slugs in the kitchen and living room), very hard to ventilate due to the distribution of the rooms and being in a ground floor.
The toilet hasn't got a window and the vent isn't working.
The WC is not properly attached to the wall and sometimes licks; the flushing isn’t working properly either.
All the taps in the house are too small and old to rinse a dinner plate properly, impossible a pan/pot. The ones in the toilet too.
The window in the bedroom doesn’t isolate from the noise of the street.

Area rating: 2

The location is another issue (drug addicts dealing and taking drugs even in our car park).
24/7 drunk people shouting on the street.
