Very helpful when we were organising the tenancy agreement, less so when terminating. Tried to use photos of oven tray covered in foil in original agreement as evidence that the oven tray when vacating wasn't in the same state. Tried to claim property hadn't been cleaned when landlord was letting himself in to do repairs before our tenancy was over, landlord creating dust from drilling etc. Left a sour taste after pleasant rental experience initally.
