Landlord was helpful and reasonable about our tenancy agreement, but he also used to drive up and observe us and the property without notice. As a woman home alone one weekend, receiving a call from the agency stating that he had been outside and wanted me to trim the hedges was unsettling. Towards the end of our tenancy the landlord let himself in without notice when we were out.

Very helpful when we were organising the tenancy agreement, less so when terminating. Tried to use photos of oven tray covered in foil in original agreement as evidence that the oven tray when vacating wasn't in the same state. Tried to claim property hadn't been cleaned when landlord was letting himself in to do repairs before our tenancy was over, landlord creating dust from drilling etc. Left a sour taste after pleasant rental experience initally.

Property was well-kept and made the most of the layout and unique space. Kitchen tiny, but modern. Nice garden, but not pet or child safe.

Lovely town with many bars and restaurants. Friendly area with plenty of parking in town.
