Not great. Very slow responses, minimum effort except when trying to get money out of me. Tried to absolutely rinse us on the deposit for completely spurious stuff but backed down eventually and agreed to a £25 deduction. We were honestly helped out by the ridiculously thorough inventory they did in that regard.
When I moved in a dishwasher was in the property. When I complained it didn’t work they said it wasn’t the landlords and that it wasn’t their problem - an old tenant had left it. Very misleading. Eventually got them to remove it so I could put my own in but wasn’t happy.

Really the most incompetent group of people I’ve ever dealt with. Would not organise repairs. Could not be contacted. Were often threatening and bullying if, for example, you hadn’t signed a document within a day. Constant excuses as to why basic things had not been done. Moving out became a long, protracted affair. Forced us to sign a tenancy agreement based on false information. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
