Really the most incompetent group of people I’ve ever dealt with. Would not organise repairs. Could not be contacted. Were often threatening and bullying if, for example, you hadn’t signed a document within a day. Constant excuses as to why basic things had not been done. Moving out became a long, protracted affair. Forced us to sign a tenancy agreement based on false information. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Property was okay, though was filthy when we arrived (despite agency making us sign a document stating that it was cleaned before being given the keys). Refusal of letting agency to fix things that we were contractually forbidden to fix ourselves led to some damage to the property over time.
