Very bad management and no support, once they got their money they vanished keep saying they will fix it next week, until the end of tenancy never fixing anything,

They let the landlord randomly enter the house with his "repair people" giving them keys to the house where they ended up breakinga wall in the house for the bathroomthat was leaking into the neighbours, leaving the bathroom un usable for the whole year , and tried to withhold our deposit with no reason, had to take them to the deposit company dispute to get it back.

Almost no communication, and even though everyone rented indivudually, they considered that informing one person means informing everyone. At the endof the tenancy the just dropped a £200 fee on every person in our flat, apparently because our kitchen was cluttered (we had clean dishes lying on the table, because there was not enough cupboards for 7 people). Absolutely impossible to get them to fix anything, had to go to the office in person to get a new kettle, and they have never fixed the lock on the door that was broken since the start of the tenancy.

They are refusing to refund the whole deposit due to damage that was already there before we moved in! We have proved this with timestamped photographic evidence, which they have even said they can see, yet still will not give us the money! They lied countless times throughout the dispute and now we have raised it with the deposit company. They are an awful fraudulent company. Do not risk it with them!
