They were incredibly disrespectful and never did any repairs unless we got the council involved,

By the end of the tenancy we found out, they don't even own the land and that there was plan to breakdown the house we were in at the time to make a parking lot for a new accommodation.

Very bad management and no support, once they got their money they vanished keep saying they will fix it next week, until the end of tenancy never fixing anything,

They let the landlord randomly enter the house with his "repair people" giving them keys to the house where they ended up breakinga wall in the house for the bathroomthat was leaking into the neighbours, leaving the bathroom un usable for the whole year , and tried to withhold our deposit with no reason, had to take them to the deposit company dispute to get it back.

The house was broken down & moldy and in very bad condition, when going in to get the place we were told they are planning on reinventing it and we would live in good conditions,

We developed sickness from the mold, and there was water leaking through the lightbulb, grease stain on the walls and parts of the house breaking down with no heating.

The neighbours were absolutely lovely and were great support in preventing the landlord from doing more bad stuff, getting the council involved and helping us get him to do some very important repairs that would have caused a house fire.

Only reason it not at full is its near to a bar and there is alot of noise there.
