The agency Adam and Bennet did as best as they could/ they were helpful on the phone and reassured us when we were having trouble, but had no legal power to inflict anything on the landlord despite her breaking the law and tenancy agreement which we signed through them. They had good intentions but didn’t actually act with these and could just give advice. When she was breaking the law sending workmen in illegally etc Adam bennet were understanding and actually stated they would refuse to work with the landlord again, showing how bad this landlord Jenny Fall is, whether they went through with this or not we are yet to find out.
