The branch manager of Northwood Oxford is someone who could not care less about you as a tenant. His attitude and reply to anything that you have a concern with is, you choose it so you deal with it. After a extremely distressful day finding out that someone had tested positive in the building and I would need to self-isolate in that dreadful room, I had a breakdown. I asked to be released from my lease so I can find another place and his replies were some of the rudest and most unapologetic I have ever heard of from anyone. Absolutely no empathy and no care. I signed contract in good faith and it was not as expected. Regardless of how much I pay, they should either reduce rent or let me end my lease early. I am told by the branch manager Wesley King that this is what you get for what you paid for in Oxford.
