With the exception of one very good employee, all of our correspondence from the agency was unprofessional and even rude at times. Charged our deposit in part to clean up after landlord's decorators even though I submitted photo evidence there was no decorating mess when we vacated (we were unfortunately at their mercy as the cleaners we booked and paid for failed to show on the two agreed days).
