With the exception of one very good employee, all of our correspondence from the agency was unprofessional and even rude at times. Charged our deposit in part to clean up after landlord's decorators even though I submitted photo evidence there was no decorating mess when we vacated (we were unfortunately at their mercy as the cleaners we booked and paid for failed to show on the two agreed days).

4 Bedroom Victorian, NO insulation! Freezing in winter even with furnace on and HIGH gas bills. Poorly run plumbing, clogged regularly. Non-functional lights in upstairs bath - landlord refused to replace as it would have cost him plaster repairs as well. Gaps in downstairs window and front door. Deck rotting and collapsing in places. Landlord left belongings in attic and bedroom cupboards, as well as in garden and shed, along with dead Christmas tree stuffed in back garden hedge (tried to charge us to take all of this to tip when we vacated).

Neighbourhood was great. Only complaint was late night music, and occasional drunks coming out of pub around the corner.
