Andrews Lettings and Management in Cheltenham acknowledged miscommunication regarding the pre-clean and also acknowledged that the professional clean conducted before the tenancy started did not address all the issues.
Andrews Lettings and Management also conducted two viewings of the property without my prior knowledge or consent. Furthermore, Andrews Lettings and Management returned my deposit to me ten days late.
