The property had a number of issues. These included a broken and warped kitchen window which couldn't be shut with ivy growing through it, black mould in the bedroom, broken blinds and much rubbish outside of the front door, which were all detailed in the independent inventory report.

Andrews Lettings and Management also conducted two viewings of the property without my prior knowledge or consent. Furthermore, Andrews Lettings and Management returned my deposit to me ten days late.
