Typically took anywhere from several weeks to several months to get repairs done, with usually the first month of correspondence consisting of them claiming nothing was wrong (without anyone coming to look) and that the fault was with us. In one case it took threats of legal action for them to even send someone to look at the problem. During property inspections they would claim we were violating parts of the tenancy agreement that didn't exist. At one point they refused to fix a fire alarm that wouldn't stop going off, telling us to just disable it until they got round to it.

When it came to moving out, we were charged for things that were "missing" that never existed, damage to walls that was present when we moved in, and cleaning things that were clean, despite said things not being clean when we moved in, and given no recourse to challenge this. The charge for these things was well above market rates: we had previously obtained a quote for cleaning the whole flat (not just "wiping down surfaces" as they claimed was the problem) that was lower than what they charged us.

They accessed out deposit without consent, returned the wrong deposit amount and communicated poorly. Often unfriendly and patronising.
Flatline maintenance is professional - emergency maintenance always arrived within 20 minutes.
