Low agency fees (as we came to the house recommended rather than through an advert) but very poor communication, slow at responding, rude and confrontational upon occasion and made things extremely difficult.

Awful Agency, very unorganised and had high fees at the time. Unable to complete Reference checks months after moving into the property. However staff were polite despite not knowing what was going on throughout the process.
