Generally good with communication, and responded quickly. However, often promised things that were never delivered, was late to appointments and awful communication when it came to deposits and end of tenancy - intimidating, threatening behaviour.

6 bedrooms, 4 double & 2 single. Decent sizes, decorated with plain walls and easy to clean wood & tiled flooring. Ample parking and big garden. A few issues with broken windows and skylights, including two that leaked for the entire tenancy and not a lot was done to solve it.
