Seen when they use the yard behind the house. Not confirmed that it is them but likely. Occasionally they come and sweep leaves off the drive other than that no interaction. Had to argue to get a window repaired for months

Failed to fix the mould issue after it was first reported in October after living in the property for less than a month. 9 months later the issue still persists. the walls are damaged due to the mould. Seeping mould through the roof at the beginning of the year resulted in the lights giving us tenants electric shock!! - seriously unsafe with an unresponsive and unwilling to improve the house landlord

Terrible service. No contact with the landlord. We never met him and all communication was done through the estate agent Oakmans. Through our communications with both parties, neither were willing to take further action on serious issues or damp and mould in the house which we complained of continuously throughout the year. Even when mould grew on our belongings and we were electrocuted by light switches damaged by damp in the wales, there was never serious repairs or compensation given despite repeated requests. Would not recommend this house, landlord, or estate agent to anyone.

Doesn't care. Asked not to contact them (despite our legal right) and probably hasn't been inside for years. Once visited their address to have a chat, weren't there.
