Kitchen is decent tho smoke alarm goes off everytime you cook, washing machine in brand new, wall behind the dishwasher is chipped and damp, garden has abandoned boarded over pond. Furniture in living room is mouldy, front windows single glaze freezing in winter. Rent cheap enough tho.
