Rude, barely came round to sort problems, blamed us for a car hitting the house trying to squeeze extra money out of us! Not our fault and not in the contract. House was not up to standard and charged us ridiculous rent when we were literally living in a broken house with no hot water and a leaking toilet through the ceiling!
