Nigel Cross is a terrible landlord when we moved in the place was filled with rubbish and he wanted us to move it but we couldn't because we had no way of getting to the dump. The place was sat empty for 10 year prior to us moving in and a lot like a lot needed and still needs fixing and he didn't and doesn't want to fix anything. He now has started fixing the tiny things because he wants to see but he's only fixing things that won't help him sell. Oh and the heating has never worked and we've been here for nearly 2 years. He is a terrible landlord just don't just don't rent or buy from him
