Tenancy review for 7 Lord Porter Avenue in Stainforth Barnby Dun, Doncaster rented from Nigel Cross

Nigel Cross is a terrible landlord when we moved in the place was filled with rubbish and he wanted us to move it but we couldn't because we had no way of getting to the dump. The place was sat empty for 10 year prior to us moving in and a lot like a lot needed and still needs fixing and he didn't and doesn't want to fix anything. He now has started fixing the tiny things because he wants to see but he's only fixing things that won't help him sell. Oh and the heating has never worked and we've been here for nearly 2 years. He is a terrible landlord just don't just don't rent or buy from him

The property has 3 room 1 reception room 2 bathrooms and one in the master bedroom and an okay back yard. Now the rooms are rooms that's it the backyard has been messed up by the landlord as he didn't want to pay for the deck to be replaced when it was a hazard so he ripped it up. The ivy on the front of the house is beyond overgrown and he won't fix it and we aren't allowed to as part of the contract.

The neighbourhood is subpar I mean it's nice houses filled with stuck up want to be rich people who act like snobs and don't want to talk to anyone but its fine I guess
