Ignoring emails, ignoring his duties. When I experienced abuse from one of the tenants- landlord protected abusive tenant, because privately that’s his friend.

At some point police decided to visit the house when I was experiencing abuse from abusive tenant - as they heard over the phone that I’m in very risky situation with passive aggressive person treating to threaten me.

Landlord did nothing, not showed any support and used the lowest excuses. He only cared about himself and made me feel excluded as well as discriminated.

Abusive tenant ended up stealing some of my belongings. Landlord used excuses and did not tried to help.

Landlord still owes me money for breaking some parts of my tenancy agreement. Landlord was trying to use white lies and excuses - but I have a lot of evidence on paper, in screenshots and exchange of messages, proving that he lied and is trying to avoid his responsibility & that he charged me for not provided service.

I am still experiencing massive ignorance and also he is on purpose delaying his responses to my official letters.

"According to Section 11, from The Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, your landlord needs to give you at least 24 hour notice before they come around and visit for any reason". And this landlord twice had violated this regulation leaving me in very uncomfortable position. Once he opened and entered my bedroom without notifying me, without my permission when I was not around, and he left there something. On another time he came to house and started moving my stuff in the kitchen (while I was in middle of cooking, and I was wfh).

I am stressed after being tenant in that property, I had lost a lot of money and keep experiencing delays, ignorance and unfair treatment.
