House according to the contract, advertising and according to agency website- is supposed to be cleaned every week. In reality - it’s cleaned once per 2 months or not at all.

Also a lot of equipment is very old and whenever something stops working due to that, landlord have massive delays with fixing things. Last time me & other tenants have waited 1,5 month for vacuum cleaner to be delivered after fixing. Also when we did not had hot water in 2022 in entire house- we waited about 3-4 days for this issue to get fixed.

I had to pay myself for some maintenance things since landlord kept ignoring me with it. And I mean exchanging toilet brushed which were dirty, rusty and at least 10 years old. I had also exchanged light bulbs, some small daily use things, since nothing was being done, despite informing landlord about each issue.

We had once massive infestation with maggots - and we had to sort that out ourselves as tenants due to landlord ignorance.
