Lovely guy, reasonably priced house. He has a lovely team of people looking after the house (Mike the handyman, Nick the electrician and a lovely gardener) and he’s quick to send them round.
The only reason it’s not a 10 is because of an issue with the washing machine that probably needed replacing but he was reluctant to replace. Also the move out process has been a bit tense, with lots of communication but it’s understandable since he’s got a short turn around.
