Amazing location and value for money. Best house on the street as it’s the only one with a private bush that covers the downstairs bedroom. The upstairs bathroom is a bit prone to mould but nothing that the occasional bleach won’t fix. The house needs a new washing machine as it doesn’t really have a dryer function and the drains are often clogged so the laundry comes out wet / needing an extra spin (sometimes needs to be split in half and then spun otherwise it’s too heavy for the washing machine to handle). Small inconvenience for the price.
