We never met the landlady of this flat. Her husband went a couple of times in the last 3 years to check things that need repairs. They took several months to fix the toilet ceiling. The never changed the wallpaper in the kitchen like they suppose to do it during my tenancy. We think they did not like when we contacted them too often. They did want to increase my rent on the second year without do any renovation to the flat. They did not want to renew my contract because my status changed to single mum.
